MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS SPARTHERM FEUERUNGSTECHNIK GMBH
All images are protected by copyright. Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH is the owner of all usage rights to the image files presented in the download area. The image files may only be used to the authorised extent. Should you wish to use them in a different manner, prior authorisation by us is required. Please contact our marketing department (media(at)spartherm.com).
1. The user is hereby granted the right to, free of charge, use the image files offered for download in this download area for advertising purposes exclusively in connection with the products and/or brands of Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH. The term image file includes all digital images, photos, graphics, animations, videos, illustrations and any associated textual information without restrictions. For the above, the user is granted a simple, non-transferable, non time-limited usage right.
The image files may, in particular, be used for e-mail promotions, newspaper or flyer advertisements and for the user’s own website, provided they are connected to the products and/or brands of Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH. Moreover the image files may be used for press reports connected with the products and/or brands of Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH. The following image source must be added near the respective image:
- www.spartherm.com for products of the Spartherm brand
- www.grdn.de for products of the GRDN brand
The above-mentioned media may also be published on the social media presence of the user, provided that the above-mentioned creator and links to the creator’s social media presence are added near the published medium:

2. Any other economic use is prohibited unless explicit permission is given by Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH or the image creators. We reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
3. Fundamental changes to the information conveyed by the image through image editing of any kind or other modifications of image files are not permitted.
4. The usage rights shall become null and void in their entirety, if the user is excluded from the download system and has been informed of this by Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH in writing. Moreover, Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH has the right to terminate transfer of the usage rights at any time for cause. The user is obligated to cease using the images immediately in any case.
5. In the event of violations of these provisions, Spartherm Feuerungstechnik GmbH has the right to demand that the user withdraws, corrects or fully ceases to distribute all of the user’s products containing representations of the image files at the user’s own cost. We reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
